ڤوياج هو السبيك إيزي الليلي الحصري لأميليا: باب بندولي بساعة، بار على طراز محطات القطار القديمة، نوافذ مقوّسة، أثاث مستوحى من حقائب السفر، وقاعة بالأزرق والذهبي كأنها من العشرينيات.Voyage is Amelia’s exclusive late-night speakeasy: a pendulum door with a clock in it, a vintage train-station bar, arched windows, luggage-inspired furniture and a room in blue and gold that feels lifted from the 1920s.

The kitchen runs Amelia’s Japanese–Peruvian menu through the evening, the booth takes over, and the room gets wilder as the night goes on.
